We have high levels of partner involvement and supervision in all cases and most cases are dealt with by a team of fee earners and we have two qualified nurses, one of whom formerly worked for AvMA, who are part of this team.

PERSONAL INJURY

Criminal Injuries cases (CICA) - Maximum severity claim which resulted in a substantial interim payment of £300,000 for a 10 year old and further payment to be forthcoming for purchase of larger accommodation. The final award is to be made at a later date.

We recovered £6.5million in a spinal injury CICA claim.
